AMP Business Plans (PR24) AI Assistant

This is an AI Assistant for UK water company PR24 Business Plans. Water and wastewater companies have submitted their business plans to Ofwat for the next price review period from 2025-2030, with final decisions due in December 2024.  A LLM has been trained on the set of 16 company plans available online. By using the information and relevant context contained in the business plans its role is to provide an intuitive chat based interface to query the plans and to help investigate specifics of company proposals and future industry directions.
