This is an AI Assistant for generating a generic response plan for a water quality incident based on the type and cause of the event by using a Large Language Model trained on DWI historic reports of incidents (2300 significant events between 2005-2018 across England and Wales). By using the details and actions taken in response to the historic incidents, and the evaluation performed by the DWI, its role is to suggest standard actions which should be considered in a response plan.
